DO YOU LOVE YOURSELF? (c)

GUYS AND GALS, here is a challenge for you. Look in the mirror every day and say silently, "I love you." Look into your eyes. This isn't something you do when shaving or brushing your teeth. Can you give yourself your full attention for one minute? Can you do it? If not, why not?
